The FAQ provides answers to frequently asked questions about getting started and working with schoesslers - about processes, models, results and quality standards. This will quickly give you a feel for how joint communication works.

Getting started with us is clearly structured and uncomplicated at the same time: It all starts with a non-binding initial consultation in which we clarify your goals and expectations. We then develop initial proposals for measures and prepare a tailor-made offer. When you commission us, we lay the foundation for the collaboration.

The next step is to arrange a workshop in which we define roles, workflows and processes and introduce your project team to you. On request, we can also get to know you in person on site.
We guarantee the highest standards of compliance for our collaboration: we can provide an NDA or DPA immediately if required and, of course, we also work in compliance with the GDPR.

After the kick-off, we start directly with strategy development: we define clear priorities and topics and deliver quick wins that can be implemented immediately and bring initial editorial success. At the same time, we revise existing PR materials or create new ones if required - localized and adapted for different markets if desired.

Then we move on to implementation: story development, targeted pitching, organization of interviews as well as speaker slots and award applications - depending on the package booked. In addition, we continuously provide positioning suggestions and publication opportunities. We keep an eye on current topics in the market, identify suitable hooks and use them specifically for press relations.

Yes, this is possible - we offer a pilot sprint of 6-8 weeks with clearly defined deliverables and KPIs to get you started. Event-related projects such as a trade fair, a launch or a financing round are also suitable as a starting point. Alternatively, we can carry out a PR or media audit on request to make potential and areas for action visible.

If the collaboration is then transferred to a retainer, this can be scaled flexibly - for example with more hours around events or phases with a higher communication effort.

As much as necessary, as little as possible - we manage the implementation and take work off your hands instead of making work for you. Through lean approvals and asynchronous coordination, we keep the effort on your side to a minimum. We continuously deliver concrete PR opportunities, create tailor-made content and coordinate in compact jour-fixes. Thanks to our knowledge of the industry, training is noticeably reduced.

We generally prefer to work with the retainer model because sustainable communication relies on continuity and relationship building. However, we also offer project-based or hybrid solutions for specific occasions - such as trade fairs, launches or special projects.

Regular reprioritization is part of our service: We adjust priorities flexibly and ensure that there are no surprises with transparent invoicing.

Every client is assigned a fixed account team consisting of several people (three on average). A director is always directly involved and is supplemented by experienced team members. Each team includes at least one senior communications manager, usually even more, so that quality and experience are guaranteed at all times.

We ensure clear substitution arrangements so that projects can continue seamlessly even during vacations or absences. At the same time, we maintain sufficient internal capacity to be able to react flexibly during peak phases or in the event of unplanned additional work. This ensures that your account remains operational at all times - with reliability and flexibility in equal measure.

Success in PR is not only reflected in the number of publications, but also in the impact behind them. A client is successful when we continuously make them visible in relevant media, on panels or on LinkedIn - and when this presence leads to editors approaching us on their own initiative because the expertise fits and is backed up by articles that have already appeared. Such proactive inquiries are a strong signal: the brand is established as a thought leader.

The quality of the placements also counts. Regular, editorial publications that convey key messages and initiate discussions carry more weight than superficial mentions. We make sure that our clients are present in the right environments - whether in leading media, specialist journals or on relevant stages.

We also measure success using qualitative KPIs: from tier 1 and tier 2 clippings and message pull-through, i.e. when previously published content is picked up by other media, to share of voice, sentiment analyses and media equivalence values. The decisive factor is that communication creates trust, strengthens reputation and tangibly supports our clients' business objectives.

We demonstrate success through professional media monitoring with market-leading providers and record all relevant publications in the market. The costs for these services are already included in the price up to a certain level. On request, we can supplement the evaluations with key figures such as the media equivalence value and in-depth analyses, for example on sentiment or share of voice.

We also produce regular recaps in which the most important results and key figures are presented in a compact format. These not only serve to provide transparency, but also to fine-tune the strategy for the coming quarter or half-year.
