Prof. Dr. Julia Schössler

Julia Schössler is Founder and Active Partner of schoesslers. She founded the agency in 2011 and has since developed it from a visionary idea into an established PR and marketing agency with over 60 employees in Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne and Würzburg.

Since 2016, schoesslers has been part of the Vogel Communications Group, which supports its national and international development as the majority shareholder.

After completing her studies and doctorate in business administration, Julia Schössler gained over a decade of experience in the communications industry. Her career began at Bertelsmann, took her to T-Online as Senior Manager Public Affairs and then to DoubleClick/Google as Marketing Director International. After other positions, including at United Screen Entertainment, she decided to become self-employed - and laid the foundations for schoesslers. At the same time, she works as a professor for media management and is regularly asked by leading media as an expert on communication, digitalization and innovation culture.

Pioneer of digital communication

As a visionary in the digital communications industry, Julia Schössler attaches great importance to strategic clarity, empathy and innovation. "For me, communication means reaching people - and sometimes you can do that without words," she says. This credo not only shapes the work of schoesslers, but also her personal commitment: with unusual projects such as alpaca visits to social institutions, she brings closeness, warmth and joy to where it is needed. Her management style is characterized by openness, the courage to try new things and the ambition to make complex topics tangible - qualities that shape the culture of schoesslers.
